What I think about my learning style!

I have always been a people person, so I wasn't surprised that I got high rankings in interpersonal and intrapersonal learning. I really like to work with others and I am always concerned with how others feel and what they are thinking. (maybe that's why I want to be a teacher :). Intrapersonal is how you understand yourself, I feel I know myself pretty when, when you give me a situation I bet I can tell you how I would react to that particular situation. I also noticed I had high rankings for verbal and linguistics, which I thought was a bit odd. I would consider myself verbal because I do like to discuss things and I have always been a talker, but linguistic, I have no idea where that came from.

Tips and Tricks!!!

A tip that is a trick that I have always used is the Alt + F key. By using Alt + F this will take you to the file options menu. I have used this key many times, it's extremely nice when I want to print something and I don't have to go to file then print, I can just do Alt + F. Also if you using the Internet, you can easily open new pages by pressing Alt + F!

Reflection 3/16/10

My reflection:

During my years as a elementary and high school student, I barely got to use technology with learning. Many of the things of how I was taught was strictly oral and or written on a white board. Now one day while teaching I hope to use technology within my classroom. For instance many students can learn more efficient when what they are learning is presented in a fun way, you can use a active PowerPoint presentation in a class discussion (PowerPoint is also a good way to conserve paper!). Also you can publish educational games on quia or a different website, this allows students to learn the material but also keep track of a score and have fun with learning.
